This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities
• Review customer contracts,



amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), and commercial arrangements to determine appropriate revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Analyze performance obligations, transaction pricing, variable consideration, contract modifications, and revenue allocation methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain revenue recognition memos and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and business leaders to ensure accurate contract setup and revenue accounting treatment.
• Support monthly and quarterly revenue close activities, including revenue reconciliations and analysis.
• Review WIP, deferred revenue, unbilled revenue, and contract asset and liability balances for reasonableness and compliance.
• Assist with accounting for international revenue arrangements and multi-entity service delivery models.
• Research and document accounting conclusions for non-routine, complex, and unus
