Role Description This is a full time remote role for a B2B Field Sales Executive with a salary up to 30,000. The role involves identifying and approaching potential business clients, presenting HR TEAM’s services, and building long-term customer relationships.

The B2B Field Sales Executive will conduct virtual and occasional in-person meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up to close deals and achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records of client interactions,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and providing regular updates and reports to management. The role requires proactive outreach, professional communication, and a focus on delivering value-driven solutions to client organizations.

Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or field sales, preferably in services or HR-related industries.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline, work with targets, and use basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of HR or skilled services is an advantage, with willingness to learn service offerings in detail.
Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Comfort with field travel as required, and flexibility to adapt to client schedules.
