Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Expert

Experience: 6 Months+ Full time OR 2 Years Freelance Experience

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for finding and connecting with potential business clients through digital outreach channels and converting prospects into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online research to find relevant business prospects.
Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, Google and other platforms.
Conduct email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns.
Prepare personalized messages for different prospects.
Use AI tools for prospect research, content creation and outreach.
Track responses, follow-ups and lead status.
Identify decision-makers such as founders, HRs,



sales heads and managers.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate daily reports of lead-generation activities.

Required Skills:
Lead generation and prospecting experience.
Knowledge of email and WhatsApp outreach.
Basic understanding of B2B sales.
Positive written and verbal communication.
Comfortable using AI-based productivity tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
