We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented customer experience coordinator to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the customer experience manager team, ensuring seamless service delivery during engine and module repairs at the depot service center. The successful candidate will report directly to service delivery leader and work closely with client stakeholders to meet their operational goals.

Key responsibilities:

· Engine overhaul expertise: Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the engine overhaul process to ensure turnaround times are consistently met.

· Problem-solving and scheduling: Quickly identify and resolve scheduling and delivery issues, maintaining smooth operations and client satisfaction.

· Critical thinking skills: Employ robust critical thinking abilities to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.

· Client interaction: Engage with clients at all levels, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.

· Cross-department collaboration: Work effectively with various departments, including compliance, IT, quality, legal, and HR, to support comprehensive service delivery.

Essential functions

· Conduct daily production walks on the shop floor to confirm the status and progress of modules and engines in assembly.

· Notify the team when modules or engines are off schedule, impacting delivery timelines.

· Collaborate with the materials team to understand shortages and work with for potential temporary solutions.

· Support customer visits and engage with clients to enhance their experience.





· Assist in staging material reviews with customers to ensure quality and compliance.

· Facilitate channel shop visits to maintain strong relationships and operational efficiency.

· Capture photos and additional information for capital scrap parts returning from vendors.

· Provide updates for reports and meetings to support the customer experience (CX) team.

· Offer support during production work stoppages to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least six years of experience in relevant job family groups/functions.

· At least six years of experience working with aero derivative gas turbine repair processes.

· Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with expertise in manipulating data to present it meaningfully.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing business relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
