Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and within the required timelines.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
- Manage and respond to Amazon customer enquiries, orders, returns, replacements, and complaints.
- Handle prospective leads received through the company website and convert enquiries into potential sales.
- Follow up regularly with website leads and maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, logistics, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Identify recurring customer issues and communicate them to the relevant internal teams.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and skilled communication.
- Assist in improving customer service processes and overall customer experience.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in customer care, customer support, e-commerce support, telesales,



inside sales, or a similar role.
- Fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil – spoken communication is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience handling Amazon/e-commerce customer queries is preferred.
- Experience handling website leads or sales enquiries will be an advantage.
- Comfortable making follow-up calls and communicating with prospective customers.
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.
