Key Responsibilities
· Ensure superior in-store and post-sale customer experience
· Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and service gaps
· Drive customer delight initiatives and service standards
· Handle critical escalations within TAT
· Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts & Operations teams
· Reduce repeat complaints and improve closure quality
· Implement CX SOPs across showroom
· Ensure adherence to billing, delivery, and service commitments
· Standardize customer handling processes
· Analyze feedback, Customer Satisfaction reviews
· Identify patterns & improvement areas & recommend suitable suggestions
· Ensure seamless customer journey
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
