About the Role:

As a Customer Care Executive, you will speak with international customers, understand their queries, and help them with the right information or solution.

Good English communication skills are essential for this position. Candidates should be comfortable speaking and listening in English and handling customer conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls for the international voice process.
- Listen to customer queries and understand their concerns.
- Provide the correct information and appropriate solutions.
- Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Follow the company's process and quality guidelines.

The selection process will have 3 rounds:

- HR Interview
- Operations Manager Interview
- Assessment Round
