Job Role

As a Customer Care Executive, you will communicate with customers over the phone and assist with queries related to their accounts, payments, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls professionally and politely.
- Communicate with customers regarding account and payment-related matters.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information or assistance.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Follow company policies, processes, and communication guidelines.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly targets.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
