Job Role:

- Handle customer queries via Voice & Chat for E-commerce
- Resolve issues related to Orders, Payments, Delivery, Refunds & Returns
- Ensure first-time resolution of complaints
- Maintain quality and productivity as per standards
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Update customer details accurately in CRM

Eligibility:





- 1-3 years experience in Customer Support / BPO
- Excellent English & Hindi communication
- Versant 5-6 Mandatory
- Basic computer & typing skills
- Comfortable with Rotational Shifts & WFO
- Immediate joiner preferred
