Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or other communication channels. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with customers. Record and update customer information accurately. Follow up with customers whenever required.



Escalate complex issues to the concerned team. Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.
