This role provides hands-on experience in CSR operations, focusing on NGO partnerships, institutional coordination, event management, and community engagement activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to social impact work while contributing to meaningful community development programs.

Key Responsibilities

NGO & Institutional Coordination

- Assist in identifying and establishing partnerships with NGOs and community organizations
- Support coordination meetings with partner institutions and stakeholders
- Help maintain database of NGO partners and institutional contacts

Event Coordination & Management




- Support planning and execution of community outreach events and programs
- Assist in coordinating logistics for health camps, educational workshops, and awareness programs
- Help manage event schedules, venue arrangements, and resource allocation
- Support setup and coordination during field events and community gatherings

Community Engagement Activities
- Participate in community outreach initiatives and field visits
- Support beneficiary registration and data collection activities
- Assist in conducting community needs assessments
- Help facilitate interactions between program teams and community members

Feedback Collection & Analysis
- Support participant feedback collection during events and programs
- Assist in conducting post-event surveys and evaluations
- Help compile feedback reports and participant testimonials
- Support documentation of program impact and outcomes

Program Visibility & Participation Enhancement
- Assist in creating content for program documentation and reporting
- Support photography and videography during field activities
- Help develop case studies and success stories
- Assist in preparing presentations and impact reports

Administrative Support
- Maintain program files and documentation
- Support data entry and database management
- Assist in preparing daily activity reports and progress updates




- Help coordinate travel arrangements for field visits

Learning Opportunities
- Hands-on experience in CSR program implementation and community development
- Exposure to NGO partnership management and institutional coordination
- Practical knowledge of event planning and execution in social sector
- Understanding of community engagement strategies and stakeholder management
- Experience in impact measurement and program evaluation methodologies

Required Qualifications
- Recently completed Bachelor degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
- Strong interest in social impact work and community development
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi preferred
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel to field locations and work in diverse community settings
- Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and contributing to social causes

Preferred Skills
- Previous volunteer experience with NGOs or social organizations
- Social media familiarity and content creation skills
- Photography or videography skills
