Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience: Fresher to 6 months

About the Role

SIGMOSIS is hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading company in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.

This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who want to start or build their career in Customer Support, Telecalling and Client Handling.

We are looking for candidates who are confident communicators, polite with customers and comfortable handling calls and basic customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and queries professionally.
- Communicate with customers clearly and politely.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Resolve basic customer queries or escalate them to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.
- Follow company processes and communication guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.

Candidate Requirements Communication Skills – IMPORTANT We are specifically looking for candidates with:
- Good verbal communication skills




- Transparent and understandable speech
- Confidence while speaking with customers
- Ability to communicate professionally in Hindi and basic English
- Good listening and understanding skills
- Ability to explain information clearly
- Polite and patient approach while handling customers

Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Prior experience is not mandatory if you have the confidence and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Experience: Fresher – 6 months
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Comfortable working in a customer support environment
- Candidates from Jaipur and nearby areas can apply
