We are looking for a CRM Specialist to manage and improve our customer relationship management processes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer data, managing CRM activities, supporting lead management, coordinating follow-ups, and helping the team improve customer engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with CRM software, analysing customer data, creating reports, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate customer and lead data in the CRM system.
- Track leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Create and manage customer segments and databases.
- Coordinate with admission and marketing teams
- Prepare regular CRM reports and dashboards.
- Identify inactive, duplicate, or incomplete customer records
- Analyse customer behaviour and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support customer retention and re-engagement initiatives.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer applications, computer science and any other related field.
- 2- 5 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, sales operations, or marketing operations.
- Experience with CRM automation, email marketing, or customer segmentation will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, or similar tools.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
