Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding solar installation projects.
- Follow up on quotations, bookings, payments, documentation, and installation schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales, engineering, and installation teams.
- Keep customers updated about project progress.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM/database updates.
- Follow up with customers after installation for feedback and support.




- Prepare regular customer follow-up and status reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales coordination, or a related field preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in the solar industry will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
