We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager Post Sales to lead and manage the complete customer journey from booking to possession and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships from booking through possession

- Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations

- Manage the complete post-sales lifecycle booking, agreements, payments, registration, loans and possession

- Monitor collections, payment schedules and outstanding amounts

- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales and Project teams

- Manage agreement execution, documentation and registration processes

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home-loan processing and disbursements

- Coordinate possession, handover and snag/defect-related customer concerns

- Lead and manage the CRM/Post-Sales team

- Allocate customer portfolios and monitor team performance KPIs

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and management reports

- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of escalations

Required Skills

- Robust experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales Operations

- Experience in residential real estate projects





- Strong knowledge of collections and payment follow-up

- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills

- Strong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software MIS reporting

- Strong team management and leadership skills

- Ability to independently handle customer escalations

- Good command of English and Kannada; Hindi will be an advantage

Qualification

- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales or related field will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5 10 years of total experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate CRM/Post-Sales preferred

- Experience managing a CRM/Post-Sales team will be an advantage

- Residential project experience preferred

- Candidates comfortable working on-site Bengaluru preferred
