Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain customer databases, purchase history, and customer preferences.

- Conduct regular customer follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Convert customer enquiries and follow-ups into sales opportunities.

- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

- Coordinate with showroom sales teams to improve customer engagement and sales conversion.

- Manage birthday, anniversary, festive greetings, and personalized customer communication.

- Support promotional campaigns, loyalty programmes, and customer engagement activities.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of service issues.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer engagement, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Maintain consistent customer service standards across all branches.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
