Role Description The Credit Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in the Dhanbad-Ranchi Area. The role involves assessing and approving credit proposals, analyzing financial statements, and evaluating creditworthiness in line with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Credit

Manager will monitor existing credit portfolios, identify early warning signals, and recommend risk mitigation measures to maintain asset quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating with branch teams and relationship managers,



ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining compliance with internal and external audit requirements. The role also includes preparing credit reports, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights, and contributing to continuous improvement of credit processes and risk management frameworks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Credit Management and Credit, with experience in evaluating and structuring credit proposals.
- Candidates should possess Credit Risk Management and Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify potential risks.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance, including banking products, regulatory requirements, and risk-return considerations.
