About the Role

We are looking for a CA Qualified / CA in Practice professional with relevant experience in credit analysis, credit assessment, credit reporting, and credit management . The candidate will be responsible for reviewing credit proposals, assessing financial and credit risks, preparing credit reports, and supporting credit-related decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed credit analysis and assessment of customers/borrowers.
- Review financial statements, balance sheets, P&L;, cash flows, and other financial information.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness and financial strength of clients/customers.
- Prepare and review credit appraisal reports, credit reports, and credit-related documentation .
- Analyze existing and proposed credit limits, exposure, repayment capacity, and risk factors.
- Identify potential credit risks, deviations, and financial irregularities .
- Review loan/credit proposals and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.




- Coordinate with credit managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders regarding credit-related matters.
- Monitor existing credit exposures and highlight potential risk areas.
- Support credit managers and senior management in credit evaluation and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, procedures, and applicable guidelines.
- Prepare MIS and periodic reports related to credit analysis and portfolio performance.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Credit Analysis and Credit Risk Assessment .
- Experience in Credit Reporting / Credit Appraisal .
- Good understanding of financial statements and financial ratios.
- Knowledge of lending, credit exposure, repayment capacity, and risk assessment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis.
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of financial and credit data.

Eligibility
- CA Qualified is mandatory.
- CA in Practice candidates with relevant credit/financial analysis experience may also be considered.
- Candidates with prior experience as a Credit Manager, Credit Analyst, Credit Risk professional, or in a similar credit-focused role are preferred.
- Relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Credit Rating, or Corporate Credit will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates who have hands-on experience in credit analysis, credit appraisal, credit reporting, credit risk assessment, or credit management and possess a CA qualification are encouraged to apply.
