Ice Cream Soda Network is looking for a Creative & Social Lead who loves social media, understands content, and can bring both ideas and organisation to the table.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director across multiple brands, helping turn creative direction into strong content plans and making sure those ideas actually move into execution.
What you’ll work on
- Content ideation for reels, stories, posts and campaigns
- Monthly content planning and calendars
- Trend research and adapting trends for different brands
- Hooks, scripts, shoot concepts and creative references
- Planning shoots and attending them when required
- Creating, shooting and editing basic social media content when needed
- Handling basic posting and publishing across social media platforms
- Briefing designers, editors and videographers
- Coordinating content timelines, approvals and deliverables
- Reviewing content and helping maintain creative quality
- Keeping track of what each brand needs next
- Helping the team stay planned, organised and ahead of schedule
We’re looking for someone who
- Has a strong understanding of social media and current content trends
- Naturally comes up with ideas and enjoys brainstorming
- Can think differently for different brands and audiences
- Has a good visual and creative sense
- Is comfortable creating basic social media content independently
- Is organised and comfortable managing multiple brands at once
- Takes initiative and does not need constant instructions
- Can communicate ideas clearly and work closely with a creative team
Experience in social media, content, marketing or an agency environment is preferred.
- More than anything, we’re looking for someone who can think, plan, create, take ownership and help turn good ideas into great content.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
