What you'll do:
- Watch and analyze YouTube ads/videos.
- Convert videos into accurate written scripts.
- Identify hooks, dialogue, voiceovers, messaging & CTAs.
- Work on high-volume content with speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate with senior team members and implement feedback.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent Hindi & English proficiency – Mandatory
- Excellent typing speed & accuracy – Mandatory
- Strong comprehension and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment .
- Interest in YouTube, advertising & digital content is a plus.
