Role Description The Creative Reel Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves conceptualizing and editing short-form video content and reels for social media platforms, aligning each piece with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The Creative Reel

Editor will collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing strategists to plan storylines, select footage, and integrate graphics, text overlays, and sound. Daily tasks include managing raw video assets, editing and refining videos, optimizing formats for different platforms, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations.



The role also requires staying updated on social media trends and proposing new reel ideas that can improve audience engagement and reach.

Qualifications

- Strong storytelling abilities, with skills in Writing and Storytelling to create engaging narratives for short-form video content.
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Editing, including pacing, transitions, color correction, and sound synchronization.
- Experience in Video Production, including handling footage, basic camera understanding, and collaborating with production teams.
- Familiarity with common video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels, and their best practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to experiment with new formats and visual styles.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in digital marketing or social media content creation is a plus.
