Responsibilities

- Lead creative campaigns across brand, performance, and integrated communications, from insight to execution and impact.
- Partner with strategy, marketing, growth, and product teams to define business problems and develop insight-led creative briefs.
- Mentor and lead design, copy, and video teams, ensuring solid creative craft across platforms.
- Build and scale AI-integrated creative workflows using GenAI tools to accelerate, test, optimise, and personalise content.
- Develop emotionally intelligent and platform-first storytelling across digital, performance platforms, push notifications, TV, and branding.
- Drive creative performance through testing, learning, optimisation, and conversion-focused storytelling.




- Understand regional and behavioural nuances across Tier 2-4 India and translate user insights into relevant creative solutions.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in creative leadership, ideally across copy, art, digital, video, and performance formats.
- Experience co-owning creative briefs with strategy or marketing teams and defining the business problem, not just the communication.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered creative tools, GenAI workflows, experimentation, and creative automation.
- Proven experience leading creative teams/pods and mentoring designers, copywriters, and video specialists.
- Strong storytelling, creative strategy, and platform-first thinking with an understanding of performance marketing.
- Ability to work in a high-speed, high-growth environment with strong ownership and a focus on measurable business impact.
