HardToonz is looking for a Creative Head to take complete ownership of our animation production pipeline.

What you’ll own:

- ? End-to-end production pipeline & workflow
- ? Lead and guide the visual/creative team
- ✍️ Review work at every stage and give clear, actionable corrections
- ? Maintain creative consistency, quality and visual direction
- ✅ Own QC, approvals, deadlines & final delivery
- ? Coordinate with artists, animators and freelancers
- ? Be the go-to person for creative and production questions

What we’re looking for: Someone with solid hands-on 2D animation knowledge who understands the complete process — from storyboards, character animation and backgrounds to compositing, editing and final output.

You should be able to spot what’s wrong in a frame and clearly tell the team how to fix it.
