Job Summary

DAMAC DYNAMICS is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of graphic design, social media creatives, and visual content creation, with hands-on experience using Canva.

You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram and other digital platforms while maintaining consistency with the company's branding and communication style.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and engaging Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, banners, and other social media creatives.
- Design marketing and promotional creatives for the company.
- Develop visually appealing content based on campaign requirements and briefs.
- Edit and modify existing designs as required.
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, layouts, and overall visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design trends, and content formats.
- Work closely with the marketing and management teams to understand creative requirements.
- Manage multiple design tasks and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Continuously explore new creative ideas to improve the company's social media presence.

Requirements
- 1-2 Year of experience in graphic designing,



social media designing, or content creation.
- Good working knowledge of Canva is required.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
- Ability to create content specifically for Instagram and social media platforms.
- Good sense of aesthetics, typography, layouts, and visual composition.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into engaging visuals.
- Valuable communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with relevant design skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
