Manassanthi Hospital's upcoming psychiatric clinic in Malappuram town is looking for a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Social Worker (PSW) to join our team at our upcoming clinic in Malappuram Town.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide counselling and psychosocial support to patients and their families.

- Conduct psychosocial assessments and assist in developing appropriate care plans.

- Provide psychoeducation regarding mental health conditions, treatment and medication adherence.

- Support patients with coping strategies, social and occupational rehabilitation, and follow-up care.

- Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists and other members of the clinical team.

- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow-up records.

- Assist in community outreach and mental-health awareness activities when required.

Qualification

- MSW / MA Social Work with Psychiatric Social Work background preferred.

- Candidates with relevant experience in psychiatric/mental-health settings will be preferred.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
