We are hiring Cost Counselling Executiv

Location: Sabine hospitals and Research Centre Kasaragod, Kerala

Job Responsibilities:

- Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment costs and estimated expenses.
- Prepare and explain treatment cost estimates based on hospital packages and procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, billing, insurance/TPA and other departments regarding cost-related queries.
- Explain available packages, payment procedures and billing processes to patients.
- Assist patients in understanding their expected financial requirements before and during treatment.
- Handle patient and bystander queries professionally and provide appropriate clarification.
- Maintain accurate records of cost estimates and counselling details.
- Follow up on pending approvals, estimates and billing-related requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient and financial information.
- Support the hospital team in improving patient satisfaction and transparency in billing.

- Basic knowledge of hospital billing and healthcare services
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
- Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions professionally
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills

Qualification: MSW / MHA / Bachelor’s Degree

Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management background will be preferred.

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
