About the Role

Shearz Salon is looking for an experienced and skilled Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments, excellent client-handling skills, and a passion for delivering quality salon services.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare and cosmetology treatments.
- Conduct facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, and other beauty services.
- Understand clients’ skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality.
- Provide excellent consultation and client experience.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare and cosmetology techniques.




- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Cosmetologist.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Professional attitude and grooming.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site at Shearz Salon branches in Ahmedabad.
