Positions Available :-

Branch Manager :-
Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
Ensure smooth functioning of collection, sales, customer service, and documentation activities.
Achieve branch-level sales, disbursement, and business targets.
Develop new customer and business prospects within the assigned area.
Lead, motivate, and monitor branch employees.
Allocate targets and responsibilities to team members.
Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle significant customer concerns and escalations.

Assistant Branch Manager :-
Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day branch operations.
Support smooth coordination between sales, collection, and customer service teams.
Take responsibility for branch operations in the Branch Manager’s absence.
Support the branch in achieving assigned sales and business targets.
Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing.
Follow up with prospective customers and assist in converting leads.




Promote the company’s financial/loan products.
Ensure customer applications and required documents are properly collected.
Support KYC, field verification, and loan documentation processes.

Senior Executive :-
Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing.
Explain and promote the company’s loan/financial products.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
Submit daily activity, sales, collection, and customer visit reports.
Maintain records of leads, applications, collections, and follow-ups.
Update the reporting manager on target achievement and pending activities.
