Experience 10+ years of backend/software engineering experience 3+ years of hands-on FastAPI development in production settings Expert-level Python programming skills Solid experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases Deep understanding of: Distributed Systems Microservices &

• Event-driven Architecture SOLID Principles &

• Design Patterns System Design &

• Scalability Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes Proven track record of leading architecture decisions and technical teams Nice to Have
Monolith to Microservices migration experience
Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar messaging systems
