About the Role

BLR Brewing Co. is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beverages, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to deliver a great bar experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to guests.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of beverages.
Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the team for stock requirements.
Follow all SOPs and responsible alcohol-service practices.
Handle guest requests and service concerns professionally.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.




Coordinate with the service and operations teams for smooth bar operations.
Maintain a positive and qualified work environment.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, brewery, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and beverage service.
Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
Good knowledge of bar hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
