Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience in sales or business development.

• Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in sales, consulting, media, or advertising. Knowledge about the India market and insights into both digital and traditional media.

• Experience planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy and ability to effectively analyze spreadsheets and create/deliver impactful presentations.

• Experience in relationship and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and influencing skills, and ability to present advertising solutions to multiple audiences.

• Ability to operate and grow in a fast-paced, quick-changing setting.

• Ability to think strategically about complex challenges and develop recommendations and action plans.
