We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Specialist to own how ROOT and SOIL looks, sounds, and communicates across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain brand visual and verbal guidelines.
Lead creative direction across social media, ads, website, email, WhatsApp, influencer content, and PR.
Create briefs and guide designers, creators, agencies, and influencers.
Review and provide transparent feedback on creative outputs.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, design, and quality across channels.
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to balance brand building and campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in brand, creative, content, or marketing.
Solid eye for design, copy,
storytelling, and brand communication.
Experience managing consumer brands across multiple channels.
Solid creative judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to manage internal teams and external creative partners.
Location: Coimbatore Experience: 2–3 years
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
