Role & responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Study Abroad admission targets.
Develop strategies to increase student enrollments and branch revenue.
Lead the admissions and counseling team to maximize student conversions.
Monitor inquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
Personally counsel premium clients and parents whenever required.
Ensure ethical counseling practices and accurate information sharing.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Overseas Education, MBBS Abroad, or Study Visa Consultancy
Minimum 2 years of leadership or branch management experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Solid leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
