Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in BIM Modeling – Architectural & Structural.
Robust expertise in Autodesk Revit – Architecture & Structure.
Experience in developing BIM models up to LOD 500.
Strong knowledge of Clash Detection & BIM Coordination using Navisworks.
Hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation & Management.
Experience in Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud Modeling.
Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Ability to develop models from 2D drawings, CAD files and point-cloud data.
Positive understanding of BIM standards, model QA/QC and coordination workflows.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
Experience in GCC / Middle East projects will be an added advantage.
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
Pay: ₹19,388.91 - ₹60,284.54 per month
