This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and driving data-informed decisions. Role & responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies
Analyze data trends to identify business opportunities and improvement areas
Prepare business requirements documents (BRD), functional specs, and user stories
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for management




Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance)
Monitor project progress and assist in tracking KPIs and business outcomes

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
