We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Corporate HR – Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for internal healthcare staffing positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting the organization's hiring goals. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and recruitment coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for internal healthcare positions, including Healthcare Recruiters, Senior Healthcare Recruiters, Team Leads, Account Managers, and leadership roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms and ensure maximum candidate reaches.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hire reports.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance ratio, and hiring quality.
- Support employer branding initiatives and employee referral programs.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices within the healthcare staffing industry.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Corporate HR.
- Experience hiring for healthcare staffing or healthcare recruitment positions is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Experience in internal hiring for healthcare staffing organizations.
- Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and job portal recruitment.
