Looking for Coordiantor Orthopaedic

Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate Orthopaedic patients from OPD consultation to IPD admission.
- Counsel patients/attendants regarding the treatment and admission process as advised by the doctor.
- Follow up with patients advised for admission and facilitate timely admission.
- Coordinate with doctors, billing, insurance/TPA, diagnostics, nursing and OT.
- Assist in pre-operative investigations and surgery scheduling.
- Maintain daily OPD-to-IPD conversion and follow-up reports.
- Address patient concerns and ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Achieve defined admission/conversion targets while maintaining ethical, patient-centric practices.

Preferred candidate profile Graduate with relevant work experience of atleast 3 to 5 years.
