Role Description The COO Manufacturing will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for electric cookers and related product lines at the Noida facility. This full-time, on-site role includes managing production planning, quality control, supply chain coordination, and maintenance activities to ensure safe, effective, and cost-effective operations. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, optimizing resource utilization, and aligning manufacturing output with business goals and market demand.

The COO Manufacturing will collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives,



drive compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and support new product introductions through robust manufacturing capabilities. The role also requires monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Planning and Budgeting skills to support strategic growth and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess robust Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize processes and drive performance improvements.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and cost-control skills to manage manufacturing profitability and investment decisions.
