Role Description The Contract Lifecycle Management Consultant will support clients in designing, optimizing, and implementing CLM processes, tools, and governance frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current contract workflows, identifying risks and inefficiencies, and recommending practical improvements across legal, procurement, and IT functions.

The consultant will work on CLM platform evaluation and configuration, coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption, and develop documentation, training materials, and reporting templates. They will participate in workshops, gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications,



and monitor implementation progress and user feedback. This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Solid experience in contract management and CLM, including contract lifecycle design, obligation tracking, and governance.
- Background in vendor and supplier management, with skills in performance monitoring, cost optimization, and relationship management.
- Process analysis and optimization capabilities, including workflow mapping, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with CLM tools and related enterprise systems, such as configuration, integration support, and user adoption activities.
- Ability to translate business and legal requirements into clear functional specifications and implementation plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across legal, procurement, IT, and business teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and structured documentation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, engineering, information systems, or a related field; consulting or CLM certification is an advantage.
- Experience working in hybrid environments and comfort collaborating with distributed teams and clients.
- Exposure to regulated industries or complex contractual environments is beneficial.
