About The Role We are seeking a Java Microservices / Spring Boot Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in developing scalable backend services. The role focuses on building Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices solutions, with an emphasis on secure, reliable, and cloud-native applications. The candidate will collaborate closely with Product, UX, DevOps, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. The specialist will contribute to scalable backend architecture, system integrations, testing, deployment, and operational excellence.

The position also involves code reviews, sprint planning, backlog grooming, delivery tracking, technical issue resolution, and continuous improvement. The candidate will help maintain application quality through effective monitoring, logging, error handling, security, and reliability practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, DevOps, and QA teams across the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking.




- Conduct code reviews and promote standards focused on security, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex backend and integration issues.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling practices for operational excellence.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Identify and address delivery risks, technical debt, and capacity constraints.
