Chef Requirements – VitaEats Kitchen
- Experience in preparing salads, wraps, bowls and smoothies
- Good knowledge of Paneer and Chicken preparation
- Basic knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine
- Ability to maintain portion control and recipe consistency
- Strong focus on hygiene and food safety
- Must be disciplined in following recipe cards and kitchen SOPs
- Experience in a cloud kitchen, QSR, healthy food kitchen or café will be an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a small, fast-paced kitchen
- Should be responsible for pre-preparation, cooking, plating and packing as per VitaEats standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
