The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, presentation, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Continental dishes, pasta, sandwiches, salads, and café-style food.

Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes. Handle daily food preparation, cooking, plating, and service requirements. Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Manage food inventory, storage, and proper stock rotation.



Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients. Ensure timely preparation of orders and smooth kitchen operations. Coordinate with kitchen staff and follow company recipes and standards.

Maintain kitchen equipment and follow all safety procedures. RequirementsPrevious experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar kitchen role preferred. Good knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.

Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety practices. Good teamwork, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
