Position: Continental Chef – Commi 1 / Commi 2

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes according to standards.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Handle kitchen equipment and ingredients properly.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food-safety procedures.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Continental cuisine preferred.
- Candidates with Commi 1 or Commi 2 experience can apply.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.
- Teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Freshers with relevant culinary training may also be considered.
