Job Brief

We are looking for a Content Writer with 2–4 years of professional experience in creating high-quality, SEO-optimized content. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, knowledge of SEO, and an eagerness to leverage AI tools for content generation, optimization, and validation. You will play a key role in producing engaging content that drives traffic and aligns with the latest AI-powered SEO practices.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and optimize content for blogs, websites, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, SurferSEO, etc.) to generate, verify, and validate content.
- Apply AI-driven SEO optimization techniques and follow the latest AI SEO guidelines.
- Continuously learn and adapt AI-based SEO content writing practices to improve quality and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns and storytelling.
- Proofread, edit, and review content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
- Manage content calendars and oversee content publishing workflows.
- Handle content management activities, including organizing, updating, and maintaining website and marketing content.
- Train, mentor,



and guide content writing interns on content creation, SEO best practices, and AI tools.
- Review and provide feedback on intern and junior writer submissions to ensure quality standards.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of content writing experience (agency or brand preferred).
- Strong portfolio of published work.
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, on-page SEO, content structure).
- Experience in content editing, proofreading, and quality assurance.
- Experience in content management and workflow coordination.
- Ability to train and mentor interns or junior team members.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Hands-on experience or willingness to learn AI tools for content and SEO.
- Excellent writing, editing, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
