About FoxScan and this role

FoxScan (UrbanRoof) is a property inspection and diagnostics company operating across multiple

Indian cities, using technology-led inspections to help homeowners and businesses understand the condition of their buildings.

We have no dedicated resource for content today, so our content work is reactive: we fix things when a problem shows up. This role moves us to a proactive approach. You will track current market trends and turn them into content and messaging that improves conversions on our paid ads.

Key responsibilities

- Research market, industry and audience trends (real estate, home maintenance,

waterproofing, structural health, proptech) and convert them into a monthly content plan.
- Plan and write content that supports our paid-ad funnel: ad copy, headlines, landing-page copy,

reel and video scripts, and WhatsApp or email messaging.
- Study ad and lead performance with the marketing team, and suggest copy and creative angles to lift conversions.
- Track competitor and category content, and flag what to adopt, avoid or test.
- Build and maintain a content calendar, a swipe file of winning hooks, and reusable copy templates.
- Work with designers,



video editors and the performance marketing team so scripts and creatives ship on time.
- Write simple blogs, FAQs and social posts that explain inspection findings in plain language.

Who we are looking for

Must have

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication,

Journalism, English, Business or a related field.
- Strong written English; Hindi or Marathi is a plus.

Curiosity about trends: you read, follow and analyse what is working on Instagram, YouTube,

Meta Ads and Google.

- Ability to turn a rough idea into transparent, persuasive copy in a short time.
- Available for the full 3-month tenure, working from our Pune office.

Good to have

- Basic knowledge of paid ads, copywriting frameworks, SEO or lead-generation funnels.
- Familiarity with Canva, Notion, Google Sheets or AI writing tools.
- A portfolio, blog or sample work (academic work is fine).

What you will gain

- Ownership of a function that is being built from scratch, working closely with the founders and the marketing team.
