Position: Content Writer & Editor

Compensation: $22–$70 per hour** Position Overview We are seeking experienced Content Writers & Editors to support a project focused on written-content quality, editorial evaluation, and AI model training and evaluation.

The selected professionals will be responsible for evaluating, editing, and analyzing written content according to defined quality standards. The role requires excellent command of the English language, strong editorial judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify differences between high-quality human-written content and artificially generated or low-quality text.

Prior experience working with AI is not required. Candidates with solid backgrounds in writing, editing, proofreading, copyediting, content quality assurance, English language instruction, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate written content for clarity, coherence, accuracy, relevance, and overall quality.
2. Review and edit content for grammar, syntax, spelling, punctuation, structure, tone, and readability.
3. Conduct detailed copyediting and proofreading while maintaining established editorial standards.
4. Identify and annotate low-quality, unnatural, or artificially generated content.
5. Assess written content for logical flow, consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
6. Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback on writing quality.
7. Evaluate and distinguish between human-written and AI-generated content.
8. Prepare written analyses, observations,



and recommendations to support improvements in AI training and evaluation datasets.
9. Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and other specialists to maintain consistent evaluation standards.
10. Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established project timelines.
11. Maintain consistency and attention to detail across large-scale content evaluation assignments.
12. Follow project-specific guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications *• Proven professional experience in content writing, editing, copyediting, proofreading, content evaluation, or related fields.

- Excellent command of English grammar, syntax, vocabulary, punctuation, and written communication.
- Native-level or near-native English proficiency.
- Strong ability to identify grammatical, structural, stylistic, and contextual issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of editorial quality.
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet defined deadlines.
- Robust organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, Literature, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience teaching English or language-related subjects.
- Professional experience in editing, publishing, copyediting, proofreading, journalism, or content quality assurance.
- Experience evaluating written content against defined quality standards.
- Experience identifying differences between human-written and AI-generated content.

• Previous experience with AI evaluation, data annotation, LLM evaluation, or AI-related content projects is an advantage but not mandatory.* *Key Skills
