Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal), editing, and interpersonal skills with a creative bent of mind and a flair for writing.

- Familiarity with software, IT, or product-based documentation.

- Good understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization techniques.

- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand communication.

- Familiarity with SEO and content tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to work in either of the shift timings: 03:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST or 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST, as per business requirements, and adapt to a agile work environment.

- Develop SEO-friendly articles and landing page content aligned with keyword strategies.

- Create detailed explanations of complex technical information and present them accurately and concisely.

- Create accurate and logical headings and subheadings that improve readability and SEO ranking.

- Proofread, edit, and ensure all content meets high-quality standards before publication.

- Research industry-related topics and stay updated with content and SEO trends.

- Skilfully manage multiple competing projects simultaneously by managing time expectations and prioritizing daily tasks to publish content per project deadlines.

- Review and consolidate old website or blog content into fresh, updated versions that retain valuable information and improve search performance.

- Take ownership of work and ensure all-around consistency in content pieces across platforms.
