About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-driven Content Strategist who can think like a marketer and write like a storyteller. You'll handle content across social media, websites, influencer campaigns and packaging for brands in skincare, Ayurveda, jewellery and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

1 Social Media Management

Plan and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands

Write captions, hooks and hashtags for posts, carousels and reels

Create carousel concepts and reel ideas

Track performance and improve content based on engagement

2 Brand Content Writing

Create brand messaging, taglines and campaign copy

Write ad copy for Meta and Google ads

Keep brand tone consistent everywhere

3 Website Content

Write SEO-friendly copy for homepages, service pages, product pages and landing pages

Create headlines, subheadlines and CTAs

Write meta titles, meta descriptions, blogs and product descriptions

4 Influencer & Video Scripts

Write reel scripts, voiceovers and influencer talking points

Create shot-by-shot scripts for shoots and AI videos

Brief influencers on brand messaging

5 Packaging Content

Write product names,



descriptions, ingredient callouts and usage directions

Draft copy for labels, boxes and inserts

Make sure claims follow guidelines (AYUSH, FSSAI, etc.)

6 Strategy & Collaboration

Research brands, competitors and audiences

Work with designers, editors and photographers

Pitch new content and campaign ideas

Requirements

13 years in content writing, social media or copywriting (agency experience preferred)

Excellent written English

Strong understanding of Instagram and content trends

Basic SEO knowledge

Ability to adapt tone for different brands

Valuable research skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines

Good to Have

Experience with D2C, skincare, Ayurveda, jewellery or FMCG brands

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, AI video tools)

Basic understanding of Meta Ads A portfolio of social media, website or packaging work
