Role Description The Content Strategist

Intern role is a role based in Delhi, India. The intern will support the creation and execution of content strategies across digital channels ( Primarily IG), aligning content with brand goals, product positioning, and audience needs. Day-to-day tasks include researching wellness and preventive healthcare topics, ideating and conceptualising engaging content, performing competitor ad analysis, assisting in planning content calendars, and coordinating with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

The intern will help develop and manage web and social content, optimise content for clarity and engagement, and track performance metrics to refine future content initiatives.



This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing, science-driven wellness brand and exposure to content operations in a startup environment.You’ll get real-world, hands-on experience in and around marketing.

Qualifications

You understand genuine short-form content (not the brain-rotting ones). You understand Tier-1 ( India-1 demographic segment)- what attracts their attention, what motivates them to consider a product and finally purchase it.

The Right side of your brain overpowers the left. You think in terms of consumer psychology and behaviour. The creative geek inside of you craves to express itself in terms of strong reel hooks and structure.

You understand all the marketing funnels and have a surface-level knowledge of the creator economy.

Candidates should possess skills in marketing copywriting to create transparent, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for online marketing channels.

Strong research abilities, especially in health, wellness, and consumer education topics.

Interest in preventive healthcare, nutrition, and evidence-based wellness; prior internship or project experience in content or marketing is beneficial.

Working Hours

4-5 hours a day ( 6 days a week). You should be able to manage your academic requirements efficiently.

You will be working directly with Catalytic’s founding team, creating a direct impact visible to the end consumer.

Stipend

upto 15k/month. ( Minimum 3-month commitment)
