Role Description This is a full time, on-site Content Specialist role based in Patna.

The Content

Specialist will develop, write, and manage academic and marketing content tailored for Bihar Board students in Classes 8–10, including lesson materials, blogs, social media posts, and course descriptions. The role involves collaborating with subject experts and teachers to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with curriculum requirements and exam patterns.

Specialist will organize and update content in digital and print formats, maintain consistency with brand guidelines, and optimize materials for learner engagement. Daily responsibilities also include reviewing existing content, gathering feedback from learners and mentors, and supporting campaigns that promote Edural Classes ™ programs.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educators, mentors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing for academic, marketing, and student-facing materials.
- Experience with Content Strategy, including planning, structuring, and prioritizing content for different learner needs.
- Ability in Content Management, including organizing, updating, and maintaining content across platforms and formats.
- Relevant experience in education, edtech, or curriculum development, preferably with school-level learners.
- Strong command of English; familiarity with Hindi and local languages used in Bihar is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms used for content creation and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
